Lifestyle does matter! We are continuing the conversation this month about ways in which we can create a healthy foundation for our lives. Last month we spoke about nutrition and routine. If you have incorporated these two things you are doing great. This month we will address water intake and movement.
For those of you out there that are familiar with the title of this article I am not speaking about the "original" breakfast of champions - Wheaties cereal. Nor am I speaking of the Kurt Vonnegut novel Breakfast of Champions in which a waitress announces "Breakfast of Champions" each time she serves a martini. I know, I can just hear some of the moans as you read this. BUT, do not fear, what I am actually talking about is starting each day with a meal that makes you feel like a champion so that you can be your best for the day.
